I am Dr. Asa Ajayan, BHMS, Homoeopathy consultant registered under the Travancore-Cochin Medical Council, at Trivandrum India. I am also a resident of Kerala, India, who started private practice and consultation since 2006. Here in this platform of online consultation, I focus on chronic diseases (i.e. non-urgent health conditions that are a long-term disturbance to your health, whether physical, emotional or intellectual). Online consultation is preferred by many patients who feel more comfortable discussing their health issues online, instead of a face-to- face consultation. Moreover, a patient can easily consult the doctor at their convenience without prior appointment and at the comfort of their house or office.

This online consultation platform helps you to consult the Homoeopathic practitioner in at the comfort of your home or office, at your convenient time. The following steps to be followed for a successful consultation:

Step 1: Submit your details through the contact us form.

Step 2: While filling the contact us form, please provide your current problem, medical history, laboratory investigations or any other related information (All information will be strictly confidential)

Step 3: The case that you submitted will be reviewed/ evaluated free of cost and we will let you know whether it is a chronic disease and how to initiate the treatment with Homeopathy by contacting you through E-Mail. If you did not receive our reply mail, please check your junk/spam folder of your email that you provided in the contact us form. Later we will ask you for further details, which is necessary for the evaluation.

Step 4: If more information is required by the doctor to finalize the medicine, we will send a detailed case taking form to your email. You need to fill the form and send it back to us.

Step 5: Furthermore, in certain conditions the doctor needs to see the case and the patient, will be provided with the Skype ID to come online at a mutually agreed time for consultation.

Step 6: Provide the consultation fee as per your wish to the account number, which is provided in the mail.

Step 7: Once the consultation fee is deposited in the account, your prescription with advice and suggestions will be mailed to your email.

Step 8: Purchase the prescribed medicine from the Homoeopathic Pharmacy in your city.

Step 9: First follow-up will be free of cost and consecutive consultations will be with consultation fees
